“I was in the same position as our clients once. I got lost in the process and gave up. That experience is why Fennec360 exists.”
Our story
Fennec360 started as a family decision. On March 9, 2022, we registered what we had already been doing for years: guiding Algerian students, workers, and families through one of the most complicated processes in their lives, moving abroad.
We are not a corporate firm. We are a family-run agency, registered in Algeria and the United States, built by people who went through the same questions, the same paperwork, and the same uncertainty our clients face today.
The name
The fennec fox is native to the Saharan desert of Algeria. Small. Fast. Built to survive terrain that would stop most others.
That is the agency we set out to build.
The reasoning
Fennec.
The fennec fox finds its path where no path seems obvious. Our clients often come to us after being told their profile is not strong enough. We look for what is possible, and we find it.
360.
Not a marketing flourish. It means we cover the full circle of what moving abroad actually requires: orientation, documentation, applications, language preparation, visa filing, enrollment, and arrival support. Nothing left to chance at either end.
Fennec. 360. That is the commitment in two words.
What we stand by
We do not do things the way they have always been done. We built an onboarding system that lets students start their application in three minutes, because no one should have to wait in line or chase paperwork just to begin. We invested in technology because efficiency is respect for our clients’ time.
We do not tell you what you want to hear. If a visa profile is weak, we say so. If a destination is not the right fit, we redirect. Our business runs on trust, and trust is built by being straight with people, even when it costs us a sale.
We work with our clients, not at them. A file is not a transaction. We stay in contact through the full process, from the first consultation to the day a student lands. Our team, our partner institutions, and our clients move together.

A message from Lysa
Before 2014, I was in the same position as many of our clients. I wanted to study in Germany. I had no guide, no clear process, no one to ask. I got lost in the paperwork and gave up.
But the idea never left. I started collecting information from institutions, from students who got their visas, from students who got refused. I tested what I learned on myself, then on people around me. Life pulled me in other directions for a while, I came back to Algeria during COVID, taught French in a college while finishing my master's. Then Mr. Merbouti, the college director, pushed me to turn what I had been doing informally into something real.
So I did. Because for me, this was never just paperwork. Seeing the look on a parent's face when their child gets a visa, that is what this work is about.
Fennec360 exists because I went through the confusion, the dead ends, and the uncertainty myself. My team is small, personally accountable, and built to make sure no one has to go through that alone.
Transforming lives is not a profession for us. It is a calling.
