Fennec360® is a registered trademark with INAPI (Institut National Algérien de la Propriété Industrielle) under Ordinance No. 03-06 of July 19, 2003 relating to trademarks. The registration grants exclusive rights over the Fennec360 name and associated signs for use in education, immigration, and travel services across all classes covered by the filing.

• You may not use the Fennec360 name, logo, or any confusingly similar sign in connection with any product, service, or business without written authorization.
• Authorized franchise and licensed partners operate under a separate trademark licensing agreement that governs the scope, territory, and conditions of use.
• Media mentions and editorial references to Fennec360 are permitted, provided they do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written agreement.
• Any unauthorized use of the Fennec360 trademark may result in legal action under Algerian industrial property law.

Fennec360 operates as a registered agency in Algeria and the United States. Disputes relating to this website or to services rendered are governed by the jurisdiction specified in the signed engagement letter, or, in the absence of such an agreement, by the law of the country where the service was provided.
