Fennec360 UK
Skilled Worker, Innovator Founder, and Global Talent routes from Algiers
Why the UK
A structured path to settlement, in English.
The UK offers one of the clearest employment-to-residence ladders in Europe - defined milestones, public timelines, and a strong Algerian professional community already in place.
Clear route to permanent residence
Skilled Worker holders reach Indefinite Leave to Remain after five continuous years of employment - a defined, publicly documented process with no discretionary assessment at the end.
Competitive salaries
UK median graduate salaries sit well above the ILR salary thresholds. Tech, engineering, healthcare, and finance roles regularly clear £40,000-£70,000 - strong ground for any PR calculation.
Fastest entrepreneurial PR in Europe
The Innovator Founder route offers settlement in three years from endorsement - shorter than comparable programmes in Germany, France, or the Netherlands - with no minimum personal investment set by the visa rules.
3-hour flight from Algiers
Direct routes to London and Manchester. Business travel, family visits, and emergency returns are feasible without a transatlantic connection.
Global Talent - no employer tie
The Global Talent visa has no sponsor requirement and no minimum salary. Researchers, engineers, artists, and tech founders can work flexibly across multiple roles while building toward settlement.
Established Algerian professional network
London, Manchester, and Birmingham each have active Algerian professional communities - practical referral networks when sourcing sponsors, co-founders, or clients in the first months after arrival.
