03Do I need to come to the office in person?
Not necessarily. Most of our process runs remotely, document review, consultations, and follow-ups can all happen by phone or video. Some steps (like certain notarized documents) may require your physical presence, but we will tell you exactly when and why.
04I already started my application with another agency. Can you take over my file?
We handle file transfers. Share where you are in the process and what you have already submitted. We will review the situation and tell you honestly whether we can continue from that point and what it involves.
05Are your fees fixed or does the price change depending on my profile?
